TILE & GROUT:
• CLEANING: We spray a non-toxic, non-acid cleaning solution formulated to release the dirt ingrained in the floor. Then we use our patented floor tool to apply heated water at the appropriate cleaning pressure in a contained dome. At the same time the water is applied it is vacuum-extracted at 5 gallons per minute, leaving the surface nearly dry as your floor is cleaned.

• SEALING: If desired, we can also apply tile sealant to your freshly cleaned tile. Contrary to common belief, sealant won't keep your tile and grout from becoming dirty again, but it is important. Sealant helps protect your grout from chemical interactions with the dirt, grime, and bacteria that can settle there and "eat away" at your flooring investment.

• STRIPPING: If your floor is covered with wax or other substances, we can strip the floor and reclaim its original beauty.

• RECOLORING: Yes, we can change the color of your grout to something you'll really like!

• CLEANING: Most marble, terrazzo, and natural stone distributors recommend cleaning and sealing your floor every two years. We provide complete maintenance services for your flooring investment.

• RESTORATION: For this type of expensive flooring, blemishes such as etching, scratches, or water spots cannot be removed with over-the-counter products. We apply specially-formulated honing and polishing powders using our polishing equipment to remove the blemishes and reveal the beauty of the floor underneath.
